The primary purpose of this position is to serve as program manager and civilian member leadership training specialist responsible for planning, developing, and executing personnel management programs and procedures on behalf of the Department of the Air Force (DAF).. Responsibilities Carries out various assignments affecting a range of human resources issues supporting DAF-wide Civilian Development programs. Informs and/or advises employees, management, and CFTs about training to include benefits, entitlements, obligations associated with training attendance, and responsibilities and procedures outlined in applicable regulations. Prepares written correspondence and provides briefings to educate and advise on civilian development matters. Manages the CFT Leadership Development Training portfolio.
