Responsibilities
- Delivers offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Formats resume meeting clients’ expectations.
- Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder who wants to pursue recruiting or human resource work.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati for the training (1 month).
- Amenable to work at night.
