Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - INDEFINITE, NOT-TO-EXCEED (NTE) 30SEP27. This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), Position Description Number NGD2009000 and is part of the Guam G1 Directorate of Manpower and Personnel, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in the Military Personnel Office (MILPO) of the Army National Guard (ARNG). The purpose of this position is to provide technical expertise and guidance for all military personnel assigned in the State, and oversees the functions of one of the following human resource programs: Officer Personnel Management (OPM), Enlisted Personnel Management (EPM), Personnel Systems, SIDPERS Interface Branch (SIB), or the Personnel Services Section. b.
