Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR Operations and payroll management
- Strong expertise in maintaining accurate, confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with governance and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage employment contracts, benefits administration, and core HR operations end-to-end
- Skilled in maintaining confidential employee records and HR data with precision and regulatory adherence
- Track record of delivering seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience
- Effective collaboration with external partners such as payroll providers and recruiters to ensure efficient HR service delivery
