Summary Human Resources Operations Division (HROD) provides human resources services to approximately 8,000 field and headquarters employees nationwide and operates under the direction of a Division Director and Branch Chiefs. HROD is responsible for providing strategic advisory services and operational work in the areas of recruitment and staffing, classification, processing, employee benefits, workforce planning, position management, personnel security, and compensation. Responsibilities Serves as a staffing specialist on a human resources (HR) servicing team providing the full range of staffing services to assigned organizations.
