Job Description
We are hiring a **Human Resources Specialis**t who will be providing global services and support to the Centers of Excellence of HR; Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to the following:
- Global Data: Data entry of New Hires, Terminations and Employee Changes on HR systems for manufacturing.
- Execute processes for employees on the following categories: onboarding, payroll, Global Data, employee experience.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes to improve owned processes and implement new processes.
- You will be actively learning from your leaders, team and the rest of the Centers of Excellence teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc) how to use technological tools (such as TRESS, SAP, Workforce), how to execute processes and implement knowledge on your day-to-day work.
