Job Description
- Act as an HR partner for business leaders and provide support on day-to-day HR matters.
- Support employee relations, organizational needs, and people initiatives across the business.
- Work closely with regional teams to support the implementation and administration of digital learning platforms and HR initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external HR-related vendors and service providers.
- Support HR operations, policy implementation, onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration.
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and local labor requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, Learning & Development, or similar HR roles.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
