外包劳工管理：管理外包劳工供应商（包括新供应商开发、定期加成率审查与谈判、考勤管理、账单审核与支付等）。
Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management：Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).
人才招聘与入职管理：监督小时工及正式员工的招聘流程，确保新员工招聘、入职和培训的及时性，以满足公司的人才需求。
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding：Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
组织目标对齐：与仓库管理团队合作，确保人力资源战略和举措与组织目标保持一致。
