Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Human Capital Strategy and Systems Group (HCSSG), Division of Workforce Analytics & Accountability (DWAA). As a Human Resources Specialist, GS-0201-13, you will lead, design, and facilitate workforce planning and succession management activities and initiatives. Responsibilities Leads workforce planning, succession management, and HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Designs competency-based strategies for critical roles. Recommends innovative solutions for reskilling, upskilling, and retention. Develops reports and briefings with evidence-based findings and trends. Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
