What will I be doing
The Human Resources Supervisor supports the HR department by managing HR operations ensuring accurate data records processing payroll maintaining HR systems and assisting with PRO-related activities. You will also coordinate HR projects and provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Data Management
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain and update team member records ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
Prepare and manage HR reports including manning attendance and other HR metrics.
Support PRO activities including visas contracts renewals and government documentation.
Monitor HR systems (Taleo Oasys Edocs TMX) and ensure workflow approvals are completed.
