Objective: Responsible for ensuring the daily oversight of the HR Department, under active supervision, supporting team members in their development to provide high-performance, high-quality service.
Specific functions:- Ensure compliance with sensitive processes, including the maintenance of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including, but not limited to, payroll, social security, control files, form updates, and historical data.
