Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group, is seeking to hire an organized HVAC Dispatcher to function as a resource for loading of labor and materials, a dispatcher, a billing specialist, and a process owner of each contract in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, assigning, invoicing, and dispatching Field Technicians to meet customer service requirements, tracking and documenting work, and addressing fulfillment issues. Proficiency in the use of our automated Service System, Wennsoft, is a critical tool that Resource Coordinators must master. This position will report directly to the Area Service Manager and is located in zip code 77087.
