Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop HVAC shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built drawings in compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
- Generate detailed layouts for ductwork, chilled water piping and ventilation systems.
- Coordinate HVAC drawings with other MEP services to resolve any clashes or discrepancies.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to project standards, MEP codes and consultant requirements.
- Update drawings based on site conditions RFIs and consultant/client feedback.
- Assist site engineers and project managers by providing technical support through updated drawings and documentation.
- Maintain drawing records revision history and ensure timely submission of drawings to the engineering team.
Key Qualifications
