Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to manage the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a key site in Darlington. This is a Monday–Friday role, working 40 hours per week, perfect for an engineer who wants to be the primary expert on-site while enjoying the stability of a fixed location.
The Role As an HVAC Engineer, you’ll:
Deliver high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on all HVAC systems and associated plant equipment.
Execute reactive maintenance and fault-finding, identifying root causes of system issues and providing long-term solutions.
Service and maintain critical assets, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and ventilation systems.
Diagnose and repair system breakdowns in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
