Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are looking to hire an HVAC Engineer with experience in design and pre-construction to join their team in Avignon or Lyon, France.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing the concept designs for the mechanical engineering works within large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, such as logistics complexes, pharmaceutical plants, and food production plantsReviewing and advising on technical specifications of the HVAC and Building Services equipment, and ensuring the constructability of design packagesCoordinating with the design and construction teamsEnsuring compliance with deadlines and budgetsEnsuring compliance with health and safety requirements and regulations PROFILE
