Overview
My client in the Engineering sector is looking for an HVAC Engineer with data center design experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC and Data Center Design.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
- ECSA Registration with ability to register as PR Eng within 2 years. PR Eng / PR Tech advantageous.
- Professional qualification in Green Building Design is advantageous.
- Revit competency in MEP services is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of budgets and project financial control.
- Preparation of concept and feasibility reports and studies.
- Preparation of tender documents and bills of quantities.
- Preparation of tender adjudications.
