Overview
Mira Construction L.C is seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, calculate, and specify HVAC systems in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
- Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, schematics, and technical documentation using BIM and CAD software.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
