Job Description
What you will do:
- Strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC system and equipment, perform technical calculation and analysis, such as heat load, energy consumption, sound level, airflow, ESP and so on.
- Strong project management experience and skills with contractual knowledge
- Leading a team of HVAC engineers to achieve year on year P&L growth
- Liaise with Sale Team to coordinate HVAC equipment selection and ordering.
- Re-Selection of equipment base on customer’s requirement.
- Place order with Factory upon design approval.
- Updating and follow-up customer change order, ensure comments from consultant and clients are follow-up proactively
- Liaising with different stakeholders (Factory, Forwarder, Customer, Sub-Contractors) to ensure smooth deliver of equipment to site.
