What You'll Do
- Review upcoming residential installs before they hit the schedule - making sure everything is set up for a clean, efficient job from the start
- Fabricate and modify sheet metal ductwork (tin) on-site or in the shop with precision and pride
- Read layouts and make smart field adjustments to ensure installs are clean, functional, and built right
- Lead and manage install teams, keeping jobsites safe, organized, and professional
- Work with urgency and efficiency without compromising quality
- Communicate clearly with installers, managers, and homeowners to keep jobs moving smoothly
What We're Looking For
We need someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep the standard.
- Proven residential HVAC install experience
- Strong sheet metal / tin fabrication skills (required)
