**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **HVAC Installation Technicians** for projects located in or around **Grants Pass, OR.** This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate up to $45/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ Installing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and mini-split systems
+ Performing equipment replacements and new system installations
+ Installing and modifying ductwork and ventilation systems
+ Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions
+ Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes and company standards
+ Testing and verifying proper system operation upon completion
