**Job Description**
This role focuses on servicing and installing HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and oil furnaces, in residential and multifamily buildings across Northern Maryland. You will use your technical expertise and journeyman-level skills to deliver high-quality installations and repairs while ensuring safety, comfort, and reliability for customers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, service, and maintain HVAC units, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and oil furnaces in residential and multifamily properties.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate installation and configuration of HVAC systems.
+ Fabricate, modify, and install sheet metal components and ductwork to support HVAC installations.
