Solace Plumbing, Heating & Air is a fast-growing home services company serving the Nashville market and we're looking for a senior residential HVAC installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you've been in the trade long enough to know the difference between a tech who installs equipment and one who installs it correctly , this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead full residential HVAC system installations including equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and startup
- Work independently on job sites with minimal supervision
- Identify and communicate any site conditions that affect the quality of the install
- Represent Solace professionally in customers' homes. Appearance, communication, and cleanup matter here
