**Job Summary**
This position has the ability to troubleshoot, repair and perform routine engine maintenance such as change oil, filters, spark plugs, etc.
**Primary Job Functions**
+ Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of generators
+ Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all components of the generator, engine and switch gear
+ Repair, service and maintain all makes and models of standby generators.
+ Conduct start-ups, preventative maintenance, service and load bank tests.
+ Repair, service and maintain all makes and models of standby generators.
+ Maintain and repair automatic transfer switches * Work on a variety of commercial / industrial customer sites
+ Troubleshoot generator components including alternators, wiring harnesses, safety devices, shutdown switches, and battery systems.
