Job Description
TYPE:
- Union - International Brotherhood Teamsters PAY: $38.18/hr HOURS: Tuesday-Friday + every other weekend Requires City of Providence Stationary Operating License or Refrigeration Operators License, and the State of Rhode Island Refrigeration Journeyman License.
SUMMARY:
- Inspects, repairs and performs all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to the hospital heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems and related equipment.
- Responds to all trade problems for the Facilities Management Department on of-shifts and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Makes daily inspections of all pumps, air-handling units, refrigeration units, air conditioning and ventilation units in all machinery spaces.
- Inspects roof top cooling towers throughout the hospital.
