Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot RTUs and HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections of all system components
- Perform gas and electrical system diagnostics
- Keep accurate service records and logs
- Execute safety inspections and follow regulations
Requirements
- Previous HVAC technician experience required
- Certification in HVAC technology is necessary
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to lift heavy equipment safely
- Clean Class 5 SK Driver’s License and abstract
