Job Summary
A senior HVAC engineer responsible for performing technical calculations, managing HVAC projects, overseeing P&L, coordinating equipment selection and delivery, and leading data center project execution.
Responsibilities- Perform HVAC system calculations and technical analysis (heat load, energy consumption, sound level, airflow, ESP, etc.).
- Lead HVAC engineering team to achieve year‑on‑year P&L growth.
- Coordinate equipment selection, ordering, and delivery with sales, factory, forwarder, sub‑contractors, and customers.
- Develop technical specifications, draft designs, and manage project documentation and certifications.
- Forecast revenue and billing, monitor contractor compliance, and report to line managers.
- Attend technical briefings, presentations, and provide on‑site support.
- Improve internal processes and conduct regular meetings with peers.
