Job Summary

The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the assigned territory by promoting our comprehensive portfolio of HVAC spares, securing maintenance contracts, and identifying project opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong technical acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales:

• Actively prospect, identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and following up on inbound inquiries.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for spares, maintenance contracts (AMCs), and projects.
