Job Description
Supervise the installation of HVAC systems including CHW, AHU, FCU, piping, DX systems, split package units, VRF systems, ventilation, and smoke extraction.
Responsibilities
- Manage site technicians and subcontractors to ensure work meets specifications and project requirements.
- Handle testing and commissioning activities.
- Assist in estimation, prepare RFQs, and collect and compare supplier quotations.
- Support technical documentation, material submittals, method statements, and RAMS.
- Provide site input for shop drawings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers when required.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years HVAC experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Contractor-side experience (mandatory).
- Strong site execution background (mandatory).
- Good understanding of CHW, DX, VRF, and ventilation systems.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- AutoCAD (preferred)....
