Reference: JHB -RC-1 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. As the HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for our clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties & Responsibilities Requirements: Refrigeration Trade Test - Red Seal or NQF 6 Airconditioning Matric Driver's License 3-5 years as HVAC technician / Supervisor Strong technical knowledge Familiar with all systems and different products Duties: Maintenance Management Oversees all HVAC installations and maintenance throughout the portfolio. Supervision of internal and external teams. Assisting the team with on-site fault finding. Preparing maintenance schedules (PPM) and registers of all assets. Liaising with tenants on breakdowns.
