This position serves as a working supervisor responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial facilities. The Lead performs the same hands-on technical work as team members for most of the workday while providing day-to-day direction, coordinating workflow, and supporting safe and efficient operations. This role requires strong HVAC technical expertise, problem-solving ability, leadership skills, and a commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
**TECHNICAL WORK – 75%**
+ Installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) for commercial facilities.
