We are looking for a Technical Training Facilitator to drive internal technical HVAC technical training, mentor apprentices, and strengthen the technical capability of our workforce. This role is ideal for someone with extensive HVAC industry experience who enjoys sharing knowledge and developing others. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) Deliver internal HVAC technical training programmes. Conduct hands‑on training on servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. Support the implementation and monitoring of apprenticeship and learner programmes. Assess trainees and monitor technical competency. Mentor apprentices and support their professional development.
