Job Description
iFM Facilities Management is urgently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to maintain and repair large-scale cooling systems across our commercial and residential contracts in the UAE.
Job Requirements:
- ITI Diploma or relevant technical certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven GCC experience troubleshooting Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Ability to pass a practical Trade Test and work flexible emergency shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on all HVAC equipment as per the site schedule.
- Respond immediately to reactive maintenance calls and resolve AC cooling issues within strict SLA timeframes.
- Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines (PPE) while working in electrical rooms and rooftops.
