Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitors work progress on maintenance request orders.
- Ensures any preventive maintenance scheduled.
- Monitors all plant operations i.e. HVAC & Refrigeration and Electrical system
- Supervises and monitors any installations taking place.
- Ensures environmental control of guest comfort during his shift.
- Arranges for equipment installation for functions.
- Assesses materials and/or spare parts required and inform the supervisor/DOE for purchase requisition.
- Monitors deliveries from suppliers and ensures correct storing procedures.
- Assists supervisor by collecting data required for monthly reports.
- Ensures implementation of all energy conservation programs as per the DOE.
- Checks all operation working smoothly i.e. HVAC-Refrigeration, Electro-Mechanical.
- Keeps record of all equipment on daily and monthly basis.
