HVAC Technician
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Schedule: M- F 6am - 4:30pm
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $37-$41/hr
Job Summary
The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and compressed air system equipment. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all mechanical and HVAC equipment within the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and compressed air system equipment.
Perform annual maintenance on chillers and air handlers, including:
Recording unit running hours, condenser, and evaporator pressures
