- Install, inspect, and service HVAC systems, including ductwork, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and exhaust systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC systems and controls.
- Repair or replace faulty parts and ensure system reliability.
- Ensure proper ventilation and indoor air quality in compliance with safety standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance reports, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades during project execution.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and controls.
