Performs entry-level heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration ( HVACR ) mechanical work. Works under close supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Description of Duties
• Installs, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance on basic air conditioning and heating systems.
• Performs and/or assists in calibrating, installing, maintenance, and repair of pneumatic thermostats, air handlers, refrigeration equipment, ice makers, compressors, fans, blowers, motors, water pumps, insulation, valves, boilers, and all other related equipment and devices.
