Hybrid In-House Corporate Counsel – Governance & M&A

Grant Thornton UK is seeking an In House Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal advice within the Office of the General Counsel. This role involves leading on legal aspects of partner securities and ensuring compliance, as well as drafting and reviewing internal governance documents.

The ideal candidate will have a current practising certificate and demonstrable experience in corporate law, with the ability to work independently and manage a variety of legal matters within a fast-paced environment.
