We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Manager for a hybrid role manager position at Annapurna Branch of FWD. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, recruiting results-oriented agents, managing a team of financial wealth planners, and ensuring the achievement of company targets. Manage and mentor a team of planners. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
