Job Description
We re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing provider for a Managing Agent Performance & Compliance Officer to support the oversight of third-party managed homeownership schemes. This role plays a key part in protecting residents interests, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving high service standards across managed estates.
This is initially a temporary rolling contract, they offer flexible working hours and a hybrid set up, 2 days from the office per week.
What You ll Be Doing
Overseeing third-party agreements, head leases and managing agents
Scrutinising service charge demands, accounts and formal notices
Monitoring contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs
Investigating and escalating disputes or non-compliance
