Key Responsibilities
- Provide active technical leadership in Hydroprocessing and Hydrocracking within the company.
- Enhance organizational capability in Hydroprocessing and Hydrocracking by mentoring, reviewing technical work, developing and delivering technical training.
- Evaluate, develop, and deploy technologies within your area of expertise to deliver value to the business.
- Provide process engineering technical leadership and support to operating sites on unit operation, optimization and troubleshooting during abnormal operation.
- Serve as the process technology technical lead for capital project development from screening studies through unit startup.
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup of greenfield or revamped facilities.
