Understand business processes across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Information, and Financial Reporting.Identify capability improvements to enhance efficiency and user adoption.Support business users on APEX, Hyperion, and Hyperion Planning applications.Promote best‑practice usage of Hyperion across APAC, EMEA, and UKI regions.Coordinate regional forums and maintain strong relationships with end‑users.Develop and deliver training materials globally with the Finance Academy.Provide user support to maximize value from Global Financial Systems.Manage BAU operations for APAC, EMEA, and UKI user communities.Handle end‑user security setup, access, filters, and user group creation.Administer security for Hyperion EPM and APEX applications.Ensure all security changes are fully authorized.Develop calculation scripts based on business needs.
