Collections & Dispute Management Team Lead (PG26) – responsible for leading the Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) Collections and Dispute Management function across assigned businesses, MRCs, and markets in Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business partners to drive measurable value creation and support business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of collections specialists to meet individual and team performance targets such as Days Sales Outstanding and Past Due %.
- Identify and execute continuous process improvement opportunities, including innovative solutions and system enhancements that enable efficient, scalable, and cost‑effective operations.
