Job Description
Bloom Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Analyst/Internal Audit Manager to join the Internal Audit team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit, this role will help execute the company’s IA Operational/Compliance Audit requirements, support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulatory requirements, provide guidance to the process owners, and promote collaboration among the internal audit team, external auditors, and management.
Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and execute internal audits across various business units, including operational, financial, and compliance audits.Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of Bloom's policies and process by identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.Prepare clear and concise audit reports and present findings with practical recommendation to Bloom management with effective communication for buy-in.Manage a...
