Job Description
Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of user access rights and infrastructure
support for Windows Server resources (including Active Directory) and Lotus Notes (HCL
Notes/HCL Domino). The role involves validating and executing access requests, maintaining
infrastructure integrity, and proactively improving access control processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Access management and
authorization Validate and execute authorization requests for Windows Server resources, including Active Directory (AD) and HCL Notes/Domino environments. Critically assess requests for compliance, necessity, and futureproofing; escalate unclear or non-compliant requests to appropriate stakeholders. Create and manage AD user accounts, ensuring correct properties and group memberships.
