- Provide advanced operational support for IAM platforms across IGA, Access Management, and PAM technologies.
- Configure, manage, and maintain IAM systems including user provisioning, access controls, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance activities aligned with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM incidents, including root cause analysis and vendor coordination.
