A restaurant industry client of Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This role will oversee the strategy for implementing an IAM (Identity Access Management) solution for franchisee locations for 6 notable restaurant brands. This person needs to have experience working with an IAM product in the past. They will work closely with the restaurant admin portal Product Manager because this functionality will integrate into that portal. This integration will allow for seamless password resets, access to technology, and seamless authentication through the portal. This person needs to have a strong ability to build relationships and interact with franchise owners. This person also needs to understand building a product that will be used by end users who are responsible for driving sales, so each functionality and feature is important.
