The incumbent will advise a caseload of students throughout their academic journey, operating with minimal supervision after a familiarization period. They will be responsible for ensuring that established policies are followed, seeking assistance when needed for policy interpretation, and providing effective referrals to various departments and organizations within or outside the University of Manitoba.
