Key Accountabilities
Responsible for performance of direct & indirect reports (Workstream Leads, internal PMO and external PMO). Responsible for implementing the program structure incl. workstreams, communication, documentation, reporting, controls and progress tracking, as well as monitoring adherence and taking appropriate measures in case of deviations. Defining, implementing and utilizing program control processes, procedures and related tools, as well as ensuring relevant people are trained. Responsible for defining and implementing the program governance structure, taking the lead in reporting out to Nutreco global management and BU management. Responsible for development, implementation, utilization and tracking of a program integrated activity schedule to ensure meeting agreed program milestones.
