Job Description

IBM Integration Technical Lead / Integration Architect (Hands‑On)

Experience: 10 – 12 Years
Technology: IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / IBM IIB
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Department: Information Technology

Role Purpose

The IBM Integration Technical Lead will be responsible for driving integration architecture, hands‑on delivery, and technical governance across banking integration initiatives. This role remains deeply hands‑on , despite seniority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define integration architecture and standards using IBM ACE / IIB
  • Perform hands‑on development for complex and critical integrations
  • Lead large‑scale banking integration programs
  • Govern best practices for error handling, performance, and security
  • Act as the primary technical interface for business and IT stakeholders
  • Mentor integration teams and enforce development standards
