Job title: IBM Maximo Technical Architect

Work location - Seattle WA 98125 / Miami / Richardson(Hybrid)

Contract duration - 3 to 6 months



Complete job description:

  • The GREF Maximo Technical Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing the endtoend technical architecture of IBM Maximo implementations supporting Global Real Estate Facilities GREF operations.

  • The role ensures scalability, security, performance, and alignment with enterprise IT standards while enabling efficient facilities, asset, space, and maintenance management.


Mandatory skills:


  • Maximo MAS9 and RHOS with Azure/AWS

  • Minimum years of experience needed in the required skills- 10 years

  • Minimum over all work experience required - 15 to 20 years

  • Domain - GREF , Aerospace

  • Any certification required - MAS and hyperscalaer (AWS,Azure
